1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wjpeso — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application interface we may make available — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. Your acceptance is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the wjpeso registration process, depositing funds into your wjpeso account, placing a wager, or simply continuing to browse the platform after these Terms have been made available to you.

wjpeso reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a notice displayed upon login. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page. Continued use of the wjpeso platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the wjpeso platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, online casino-style gaming is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. wjpeso strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of an organization (unless separately authorized in writing by wjpeso).
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of wjpeso or any of its affiliated gaming providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from wjpeso or had your account permanently suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf as principal and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

wjpeso reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of age, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full range of wjpeso gaming and payment services, you must register a player account. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on wjpeso. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update this information if any details change.

wjpeso conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, upon reaching certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time at wjpeso's discretion. Accepted KYC documents include:

• Philippine passport
• SSS, GSIS, or PhilHealth ID
• Driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Postal ID or Voter's ID
• Proof of billing or bank statement for address verification

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. wjpeso will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. You must notify wjpeso immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on wjpeso are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your wjpeso account.

wjpeso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may be subject to change without advance notice.

• Deposits are credited to your wjpeso account as soon as they are confirmed by the payment processor. GCash and Maya deposits are typically instant.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by wjpeso within the timeframe displayed in your account cashier. wjpeso does not guarantee specific processing windows as third-party payment processors may introduce delays outside our control.
• wjpeso will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified wjpeso account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made with active bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• wjpeso reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed unusual in size or frequency, in compliance with AMLA obligations.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wjpeso offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions outlined in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded on wjpeso are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on wjpeso contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are published with each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion, players may only hold one active bonus at a time on their wjpeso account.
• Abuse Prevention: wjpeso reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent activity is identified. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are at the sole discretion of wjpeso management.
• One Promotion Per Household: Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device, or payment method.

6 Gaming Rules

wjpeso offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, slots, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and specialty table games. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game or product section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail for that product only.

All gaming outcomes on wjpeso are determined by certified and independently verified systems. RNG-based games use tamper-proof random number generation software. Live dealer games are streamed from professionally managed studio environments using real cards, wheels, and equipment. wjpeso does not influence, adjust, or manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• In the event of a technical failure during an active game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — wjpeso will resolve the situation in accordance with the relevant game provider's published technical failure policy. Where a round cannot be completed, stakes may be refunded.
• Any wager placed on wjpeso is final once confirmed by the system. Players cannot cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted by product-specific rules (e.g., cash-out features in sports betting).
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game. wjpeso reserves the right to change bet limits at any time without prior notice.
• Sports betting markets on wjpeso — including PBA, NBA, UFC, football, and boxing — are settled in accordance with the official rules of the relevant governing body and the specific market rules published on the wjpeso sportsbook.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wjpeso and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or PAGCOR where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without explicit written authorization from wjpeso.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with wjpeso.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use unauthorized bots or automated betting tools, or engage in any form of cheating or collusion.
• Using the wjpeso platform in connection with any money laundering activity, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits to wjpeso without first pursuing the dispute through wjpeso's internal complaints process.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform security measures.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication toward wjpeso support staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

wjpeso is committed to promoting responsible gaming among Filipino players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously under the PAGCOR responsible gaming framework.

wjpeso provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your wjpeso account. Limits can be decreased immediately and increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been gaming for a specified continuous period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts that display your net gaming activity for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily exclude yourself from wjpeso for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to a permanent self-exclusion. During the exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications from wjpeso.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

wjpeso collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Our full data handling practices are set out in the wjpeso Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering on wjpeso, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of the personal data you provide, for purposes including account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of customer support services.

wjpeso will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, or licensed payment processors strictly as required by law or to fulfill our regulatory obligations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the wjpeso platform — including but not limited to the wjpeso brand name, logo, graphic design elements, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software code — is the intellectual property of wjpeso or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wjpeso platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any wjpeso content without prior written authorization from wjpeso management.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wjpeso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wjpeso platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Gaming losses arising from participation in any wjpeso game or betting market.
• Interruption of service due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, power outages, internet service disruptions, or government action).
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or e-wallet service providers.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information published on the wjpeso platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

wjpeso's total aggregate liability to any individual player, arising from any cause of action whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their wjpeso account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

wjpeso reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against wjpeso without prior engagement with our support team.
• Detection of multiple accounts associated with the same individual.
• Direction from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative fees per applicable law).

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in a closed account following investigation will be handled in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting wjpeso support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of any dispute between a player and wjpeso, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through wjpeso's internal complaints process. Players may submit a formal complaint to [email protected]. wjpeso undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that requires judicial resolution.
